@cattailnu Oh for the days when the haunting of our souls was simply a natural beast - drawn to our deaths by our own hubris. The crimson & mauve fires of this new world were something else. Pleasantly drawing beasts of all natures to be 1 w/ it. My own soul seemed 2 burn within me, 2 be 1 w/ this supernatural event. Truly super-natural, something beyond what I grew up w/ as natural. Beyond.The songs of the animals called to me & I answered.

@cattailnu Oo'aaa'uao wiggled her tail like a calf. She thought it was appropriate since she was about to be reborn into a new world. Her CurrentVortex was functioning properly! After all these cycles! She could barely contain her pride. She swam up into the air with exuberance. Perhaps now she would finally meet them. The Lost Ones... Their pod was Many and their HomeWater covered the whole world. Still, for the first time, they would share SameWater.

@cattailnu The underwater base was destroyed. It had to be. No man made structure could resist that kind of energy. Only the old pyramids could and those were built with divine help. The experiment in opening the Reality Barrier was successful. Trying to close it was a rotund failure. Strange energies mutated the animals around the base and creatures from the other side crossed to ours and adapted. Now there's a new ecosystem. I hope the fire tornado scare people and no one come…#WritingPrompt
