@Jim From what little I’ve gathered, it was a health issue. I hear that he was epileptic, so maybe that contributed?NYPD held a full-on ceremonial funeral. Hell of a send-off, but more than fitting for their and our loss.

Yeah I went reading through his timeline. Looks like his the epileptic seizures took a really bad turn for the worse about a year back to the point he was scared to play vidya anymore for awhile. I mean I remember him talking about having a few attacks before like the Chinatown story but didn't realize it got so bad over the recent years.
