@3goodthings #3goodthings 1. I am celebrating my birthday today with my family2. 2022 has been an amazing upward spiral as far as #depression goes. Went from zombie mode to actually feeling very happy again3. About 1,5 month ago I got an interest into #art and I am happy that I can share my love for art here with you guys on mastodon 🌺🌺🌺

@Krisss @3goodthings A very Happy Birthday to you,dear!🎂🎂🎂🌹🌹🌹.I would like to share with you as it relates with your depressed phase in last year's or so if you believe me.Some likely problem here we have been facing with our only son,on psychiatry therapeutic medicines for last 4 -5 years.No doubt,he has recovered a lot till now,but the basic root cause is yet to be swept out completely.For the same and for rescuing others too with the similar disruptions I have now prepared myself for acquiring a high expertise in Shamanism.For last one year or so I have been practicing and studying this heavenly ART/Technique whatever you say.So please, speak about if you don't see it objectionable.

@Rajumisra @3goodthings I fknd it hard to really form a solid opinion on this. I am a very spiritual person and I believe a lot of healing for mental problems can be found down that path. On the other hand I have also been in such a severly depressed state where my spirituality or any psycologic method had no effect whatsoever. It tend to look at it in a scientific way too, am chemical imbalance in the brain. An illness just like any physical illness. If that makes sense...

@Krisss @3goodthings It can have an anatomical disturbance I understand as you say both affecting a normal behaviour as well as spiritual faiths or inheritance as one received from his/her ancestors but for any kinda problem or abnormalities Shamanism is an all alone God's verdict which can turn down any bloody stuff, physical/mental etc.from anywhere living or non- living.I can't say how much you know about this but for last 1-2 years I have been studying it thoroughly with practicing on my own.And I hold a full faith in it and m sure will achieve more than enough soon by god's grace.You can talk to me inbox if you like to share it more or as you think it right.
