       @longdead I would like to change my vote.While this certainly fits into the plan outlined by Saint Bill in The Revised Boy Scout Manual" I think any the mass assignation notion take too much into account for the remainder of the population.Nuking from space is really the best and only answer. In fact leaving 5% might be too gracious still.
