       Have had Hamburuber for the last 5 days straight for dinner. Still down about 10 lbs, I can actually notice it. Gonna keep doing OMAD for a bit I think.

       @Mithril_Noble Been eating a lot of hamburgers as well. The farther I get away from modern health standards, the healthier I get.
