There are many people who do not understand the concept of reciprocity.One in serving the public must be polite, but the customer must also be polite.Respectful treatment should be mutual!

For example, today a customer didn't even say hello, he just shouted angrily and at the speed of light what he wanted, when I asked him to repeat a part of what he said he shouted louder...I had already been working for 7 hours, today I attended about 70 people, I'm not a robot, I'm not a slave either.... we all have problems, it doesn't cost anything to be polite.

@Ailyn You are so right, Ailyn!!! I think everyone should spend time in a public-facing role so they learn some common empathy and common sense!!

@Ailyn @yassie_j while we're at it, engineers should have to spend some time doing repairs, so they understand the consequences of their design decisions
