@Teri_Kanefield Crazy story. National Archives came to an agreement with Trump to return correspondence with Kim Jong Un by FedEx overnight.Trump did not comply and it was 7 months until the documents were returned to Archives.

@Teri_Kanefield Fitton was also at least in the wings of stage managing the fake electors. He and his outfit can be found anywhere there’s some right-wing legal skulduggery to be performed. So I could imagine Smith might have several reasons to at least talk to him. Has there been prior reporting on his receiving any subpoenas?
