There's a lot of domestic issues that could force a stalemate on these things. We defeated Sam Bulte, even though we lost the broader fight for the WIPOCT and later TPP.Battles won and lost here can affect europe and vice versa - it's a global fight and most of the important battles are globalbut we do have some advantages over the UK
