I have some insights into shit bros and i want to tell you the decision makers and poindexters in MIC are 100% nafo style retards. Each conflict has looked sufficiently different from the previous that we can't rely on learned lessons or strategy. Even OIF and Desert Storm were radically different from each other, two fights merely 12 years apart.No Western general alive has ever fought a defensive war, and none of their experience or expertise applies to Ukraine. The proper response would be to have humility and admit uncertainty, but that doesn't get you noticed when trying to advance your career.
