       @garthk @clive Uhmmm so I missed the memo that periods = anger (I mean, other than my monthly moon time, in which anger is just part of the cycle). I guess I usually leave off punctuation more out of laziness than anything else.

       @garthk @clive I guess I'm the uncommon type who uses standard punctuation in texts. Even if it's a single line. I think of punctuation as similar to wearing appropriately tidy clothes when you go out in public.

       @magdalen @garthk Mostly, I think! Sometimes you have to hit shift-enter to a get a line-break instead of a "return" that posts one's utterance liveBut the great majority of digital fora allow for line breaks I think
