What's it called when you take your gross profit (the amount of money that they paid you) and then subtract the amount of money you spent making the thing?

@stolas_mk2 I think that's your gross profit actually, total income is "sales" or "revenue" or maybe "turnover".You might call the difference per item "profit margin" or just "margin"IANAAccountant though
