@COGnitiveAnalysis I'm open minded... I'll take a listen...I'm not up-to-date on all that is in this discussion but... it seems to me that we can't be in a "Reconstitution" phase until the threat of war... or, in my opinion, the active war we are undergoing has been resolved.I've been following Jon (Patel Patriot) loosely for a while now... I have the upmost respect for his work and his contribution to our collective search for truth and justice.

@LoveAlmonds In the video and the substack series I openly share I've been a follower of Jon's and Devolution since nearly day one. I dont take issue with some of his research. I do take issue with his Fan Fiction article, some of his recent actions and looking back I think some of his conclusions are faulty or thin. But I try to keep it at the facts or reasonable or most likely conclusions. Im not out to cast stones or turn people away from other people's work.

@COGnitiveAnalysis 2.I think that COG was put into place on 911 and probably remained in place... sort of quasi-secretively...public but not public... which allowed the corrupted US government... Bush, Clinton, Obama... to continue the War on Terror and implement all kinds of unconstitutional things like the Patriot Act...

@COGnitiveAnalysis 3.I think Trump and a group of high level people in some faction of the military came in and disrupted that entire operation (and I'm really glad they did)... more than likely Trump put into effect his OWN COG and somehow got rid of the old one...How can any of us know for sure?We can't.I don't think Reconstitution happened because we are in an active state of war.That's how I see it.

@LoveAlmonds There does seem to be alot of focus on 'language'... Admittedly even I made points about language but those are based in experience with how such documents are written. The focus on language - and providing vocab lessons to the audience and authors of other series - isn't a strong point in the way it was made IMO. My points about language are simply to lend experience as a counterpoint to others' interpretations of that language.

@LoveAlmonds @17thSOG would likely agree with you. I'm not entirely convinced that COG has been in place the entire time from 9/11/2001 till current day but I do think it's very likely it didn't end shortly after 9/11 and that it has been initiated or continued many times since then. I'm open to the idea it's been in place ever since but that seems more difficult to hide or keep "quasi-secret" for such an extended period of time. But... not an unachievable task by any means.

@LoveAlmonds In a way EO 13961 was "Trump put[ting] into effect his own COG" if we believe that COG has been active since 9/11. He didn't need to restart/re-initiate his own COG or emergency he just had to shake up the organizational structure of the one already in place. Which is inarguably what EO 13961 did - shake up the structure of COG plans. It's also worth noting DJT waited until Dec 7, 2020 to put these changes into effect... 44 days before Biden's inauguration...Timing matters

@LoveAlmonds @17thSOG I encourage you to read other EO's on that address COG similarly to EO 13961.I believe you'll find that all of them call their authority from the NSA (Natl Sec Act) of 1947. This means unlike as PP states E) 13961 is not unique in this way and does not indicate it was being used or signed in relation to war.

Many EO's are signed which state that they are written within the confines of the authority handed down from NSA of '47. Trumps was no different. It doesn't mean that there isn't or couldn't be a declared war but the EO itself does not imply that we are.

@LoveAlmonds @COGnitiveAnalysis well that’s the concern we have. Unconstitutional ideology should not resonate with with anyone. And honestly, Jons theory is beyond unconstitutional. Furthermore, I have issues with theories that destroys our founding principles, erodes peoples national pride and lulls peoples sense of urgency to get involved locally to make changes. It’s not the military’s job to overthrow our government, it’s our job to replace individuals within it.
