       @CDunnPasadena @danwentzel @StevenBeschloss The decision on when to indict is based on when the evidence is available that will make the chance for a guilty verdict by a unanimous vote of the jury more likely than not. What court experience against wealthy, high profile defendants do you have that would buttress your claim or do you just want to undermine Americans trust in their government because that's what Putin has ordered you to do?

       @GreenFire @StevenBeschloss @danwentzel I am not making a claim—I am earnestly asking what additional evidence could they could be looking for? For instance, if the FBI had found a similar number of classified documents in my home, I have been told that I would have been removed in handcuffs along with the documents. There are other crimes that seem similarly black and white.

       @CDunnPasadena @StevenBeschloss @danwentzel Were you POTUS and do you have the resources to thwart justice that TFG has? I don't know what they are waiting on since the DOJ is not trying to win in the court of public opinion like you are. They have to convince a jury that will have at least one Trumper on it to convict him.I would much rather have a successful indictment than a quick one personally. I guess since I'm familiar with how the acquittal of the first group of America Firsters helped lead to Trump as POTUS I am less sanguine than you are that our democracy can withstand another acquittal perhaps.

       @GreenFire @CDunnPasadena @StevenBeschloss People have every right to question whether their DoJ and AG are actively and truly seeking justice against the coup plotters at the top and not just the rioters at the bottom.  It's been over 2 yrs.We've already seen Trump get special treatment.  If any of us had stolen top secret documents to the scale and level he had we would have been arrested on the spot.  Instead, he is allowed to travel freely around the country and hold rallies for fascism.
