       @EU_Commission I've got a great idea: let's outlaw IPv4 on the internet in the EU, so people finally get their shit together and we can transition to IPv6.Why?- we are out of IPv4 addresses- many people in the third world have only access to IPv6- accessing important sites like github requires IPv4, so they have to depend on workarounds.Offer equality for everyone, abandon IPv4, because the megacorporations are apparently incapable to do this on their own.#IPv6 #EU

       @daniel @EU_Commission I would also argue this would allow for greater decentralisation on the internet, as it’d allow for people to use a diverse range of smaller/independent hosting providers and ISPs that can’t afford to buy up massive chunks of IPv4 space the way Microsoft/Google/Cloudflare can.People being able to provide v6-only services safe in the knowledge that everyone could actually access them would unlock the market a bit in this regard.
