       Turned out, these tapes just dropped enough frames to cause sync issues. I am pushing the tapes through a time base corrector (TBC) called a Panasonic DRM-ES10 and it's all coming out lovely. They'll all be up in a day or two.

       @textfiles doing educational video production in the late 90s and early 2000s the TBC was often my best friend.
