@mario @errante I would not think this could hold up in court. how can you prove the doxxer meant to do harm? by posting this article (that comes up when you search anime graf mays real name or related), it is obviously not with the intention to put graf in danger, but simply to annoy him, despite this being public knowledge for a very long time now, he's just unjustifiably butthurt about it

I really can't decide that :blobcatgoogly: Ofc spreading dox always carries a risk of danger, especially if you are a controversial figure. Every time that article is posted there is a legit possibility some radicalist could see it and try to do "activism" against the doxxed person's well-being.On the other hand there is free speech and afaik that includes reposting publicly available information (to an extent like copyright etc.)
