@kairyssdal 7, absolutely. My favorite pen is by far the Vision Elite, 4, but they don’t write well on a wide variety of things (painters tape, certain very smooth papers, wood, etc). The slightly thicker ink in a bog standard Bic is less pleasing but far more versatile.

@kairyssdal There cap will fall off or get lost on most and for the rest of your life you would be stuck with a pen that doesn't work or leaks.The best pen around, Pentel Energel, is my favorite hands down.
