       Today I went over to the local Kroger, and because reasons, it’s a day to celebrate with a small wedge of soft cheese.I picked up something fabulous, and quite by accident; it’s called ‘Humbolt Fog’. Kinda sounds like something more dank, but let me tell you, this is an excellent cheese that somehow, some way, made a decent pairing with both a chilled Brutacao white, and the middle of the road Tin Cup American Whiskey I’m drinkingI might give it up to being drunk, except that I’m only two shots into the whiskey.Seriously though, that is some damn good cheese 🤨cheers
