       @burningbird Would I be correct in also assuming this stops kids bringing in their own books in to school for reading,  unless those books are also approved.

       @burningbird Could be interesting if a child brings a book in and reads said book with a friend,  the teacher could be blamed if that book is not approved by the district or the other parent.
