       》Lactation Oat Cookies《♡♡♡One of the best foods for breastmilk production is oats and what better way to have them than as chocolate chip cookies. It's also good to have easy to eat finger foods that you can have with your hands full as a mother~INGREDIENTS• 2 ¼ cups quick cooking oats• ¾ cup oat flour• 3 Tablespoons brewer’s yeast• ½ teaspoon baking soda• ½ teaspoon baking powder• ½ teaspoon cinnamon• ¼ teaspoon sea salt• ½ cup melted coconut oil• 1 cup organic brown sugar • 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed + ⅓ cup water• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract• ½ cup chocolate chipsINSTRUCTIONS1.) Preheat oven to 180°c2.) Make flax eggs by whisking together ground flaxseed with water. Set aside for a few minutes until it becomes a gooey egg like consistency3.) mix together dry ingredients oats, oat flour, brewer's yeast, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, chocolate chips and salt. Set aside.4.)In a seperate mixing bowl mix together wet ingredients, oil, sugar, flaxseed eggs and vanilla until smooth. Make a well in the dry ingredients bowl and pour the wet ingredients in5.) Stir until a dough is formed and then take tablespoons of the dough and roll into small balls, or just use an ice cream scoop spoon and evenly space these on a baking tray6.) bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes7.) allow to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy
