So I've seen a lot of people using Ice Cubes for Mastodon lately, and. It seems okay as an app, but is it just me or are all the app icons AI art? Feels weird.

@misty FWIW, I like Ice Cubes quite a bit on iPhone, but it doesn't use screen space well on landscape iPad or on Apple Silicon Mac, so on those platforms I’m using Toot! and web respectively.

@Eramdam I didn’t get in the beta, so I’m just waiting for Ivory to launch. Also wanting something to use on Mac but it seems like Ice Cubes only ran in iPad mode anyway.

@invalidname Yeah, for phone I’m just waiting for Ivory at this point. I’d love something on Mac but it doesn’t seem like there are any good options yet. I’ve been using Mastonaut in the meantime, which hasn’t gotten updates in awhile.

@misty @Eramdam Do either of you know whether tapbots has said they have plans for a desktop version of ivory? that was a big draw for me for tweetbot but I get that launching for multiple platforms is a bunch of extra work
