@Klaatu Petaluma is wrong. Very, very wrong. heh! I left in 2001 but I kept coming back every few years to visit a dwindling number of friends. That last time I went? I could ABSOLUTELY see how CA was nosediving horribly and, after years of trying to move back to CA, I decided that year that I no longer had any interest in going back. It is a ruined place. It used to be beautiful and decent but it's really been afflicted by some seriously bad social and economic rot.

@Dan_Ramos @Klaatu @tpfaff100 99% of my family lives in the DPRC + the ex & my kiddos. And my best friend + his fam.Last time I was there was 2 years ago, for my daughter's graduation from Jr. High. I'll go again this year for my son's graduation.Grand total, 4 hours.I love my fam, but no, no more that is absolutely required.

The Inglewood fault is just, like, the very most- it's gonna make all the LAien girls sing+shout!Am very near to the deep rock substrata here + am not on clay... @El_Jefe @Klaatu I saw. Well, his last comments before getting yeeted off were bizarre, accusatory and very much personal attacks. He assumed I ran away from California, as if anybody has some kind of obligation to stay there for any reason. I left wayyyy back in Dec of 2001 to rescue my mother from losing her home and to deal with my step father's very deep family crisis that was destroying the whole family, more or less.. and I spent more than 12 years of my life to make it through. WTF!
