       @mmasnick the Judge was visibly irritated by the sloppy conduct of plaintiff lawyers and the personal attacks to he himself. I wonder if this will have an impact on an appeal. Though the order seems entirely accurate, there are a couple if shortcuts taken here and there, but I have insufficient experience in US litigation to judge.

       @mmasnick I'm talking to another lawyer about it rn and we've come to the conclusion that the plaintiffs should all completely ignore Trump and elect to get all the money from Habba, which will entitle them to garnish the firm's entire operations account, and force Habba to sue Trump for contribution or else face economic ruin. And then we all eat popcorn.

       @mmasnick Meanwhile, if they don't do that, they place Trump in the position of paying the people he hates most in the entire world a million dollars or filing something under seal saying he's too poor to do so, when the whole world will see something filed under seal and speculate endlessly about how poor he is.

       @NatlSecCnslrs @mmasnick Other than just the shame of that million-dollar judgement against that chump's lawyer is it can be important as an easy bludgeon for countering any Republican attempts to gaslight his administration since it vilifies their #RussiaGate lie about a #WitchHunt in court records.
