       I'm  not sure who sent me the hot/cold pack gloves from my Amazon  list, there was no note inside, but I really appreciate it.  My Raynaud's  and arthritis appreciate it too. 💜

       @ascreaminpossum personally I've found that magnesium oil is another thing that works amazingly for sore joints, arthritis, and it works almost instantly. Just spray it on your skin and rub it in!amzn.to/3iMEYYd
