https://www.reddit.com/r/WhitePeopleTwitter/comments/10fcsoc/all_arguments_have_been_aborted/Or another chapter about how Reddit manages to totally avoid the interesting ethical questions, in their quest to force people to use arbitrary pronouns! The interesting ethical question is: with a woman "accidentally pregnant" for 2 months, should the man have a vote, should the woman have a veto, and should child support amount depend on those votes and/or vetos? What if there was deception involved?20 years of child support does affect a man's bodily autonomy.

@Viking if you stick your dick in, you should assume a child may come out that you are responsible for.

@treguard First of all, it is naive, to get caught in an "I'm on the pill scam". The stick it in, be responsible is a valid perspective, especially from a pro life point of view.On the other hand, starting with the abortion is OK, but it is only the woman's choice perspective, not giving the man a vote is not an ethically coherent position purely from a bodily autonomy perspective, forcing someone to work many more years into old age than planned is not bodily autonomy.

@Viking I agree that once the child has been conceived, it is evil to abort it. The man does not really have 'choice' in this respect because the only moral action is to allow the child to be born.

@treguard That's a consistent pro life position, on the other hand, on Reddit, the great majority is not pro life, the attitude that the woman should have a choice, but not the man, seems like a man-hating position.

@Viking No. Men should realize that killing any child is wrong. Irrespective of what the impregnated woman wants to do.

@treguard Based on that premise, the ethical decision for a man would be to kidnap and restrain any woman that seems to be planning an abortion.
