@Lemonhead @watch4thedrop @umad80 Ready..Start with clean, thin cutlets. Season flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and a dash of paprika. Be a couple of eggs add some water.Have your skillet ready with a bit of olive oil and butter heated. Dredge the chicken cutlet on both sides in the flour. Then dip in egg drain it shake it whatever and put in the pan. When itās brown on one side, not burnt turn when theyāre ready take out and put on the side. In the same pan, add a couple tablespoons of butter.

@Lemonhead @watch4thedrop @umad80 your lemon slices put them in the pan for a couple of minutes till they start to look a little bit translucent. Add chicken stock, white wine and fresh squeezed lemon a couple of them let that cook up and then add your chicken back into the pan so it can heat up and sprinkle with parsley.Chicken franchise.

@Lemonhead @watch4thedrop @umad80 I put a bit of oil so the butter doesnāt burn. Oh, depending on how many you make, you will have to add butter as you go. The sliced lemons go in first you can take them out, but Iāll leave them in and then plop them on top of the cutlet when itās ready..
