The gulags, the cambodian killing fields, numerous death camps in china and north korea, prison camps in cuba where guevara himself claimed to have taken pleasure in sadistic murder. I'm probably missing plenty but those are more than enough.Even if we take the contradictory and impossible claims about germany's safety camps at face value they're still outnumbered by communist camps by a wide margin. In terms of number of camps, number of internees *AND* number of victims.

I believe the figure is 800,000 to a million. Some of the survivors claim to have been dressed up in concentration camp uniforms after being starved for propaganda purposes. Civilians report having been fired upon while trying to deliver food and water. Several GIs responsible for guarding the men wrote about the deliberate cruelty and records exist of Eisenhower rebuking Patton for discharging German POWs and giving them travel papers home.That said, those were not the actions of a communist regime (although very much the actions of jews sympathetic to communism) so I can't include them.
