       Guys I need your help. We need to make mastodon sports happen. So many people would leave the toxic bird site behind if we had enough sports action happening I get it if you don’t like my Josh Allen posts. I get it if you don’t love the NFLBut help me boost #NFL posts for the post season?        @flexghost You are so right! My sports feed here is pretty awesome. It’s made up of a handful of accounts that have come over here and many bot accounts that I’ve set up using the @bird.makeup site. It’s a bit delayed and hit or miss sometimes, but it’s still pretty solid. If all those birdsite accounts come over here it will be awesome.

       @flexghost #Packers fan here, and I will boost all #sports tweets, whether the #NFL, #nhl, #MLB, or even the #nba, even though I don't watch basketball anymore.(I hate Brady more than I hate the Cowboys, and Mike McCarthy is a good guy, so, how 'bout 'dem Cowboys, I guess.)

       @flexghost Really need the major sports orgs, networks and journalists to come over and post everything here. Have to imagine they are all aware and looking at #Mastodon and how to best approach getting themselves over here.

       @flexghost What’s pretty awesome is to see just how much activity there has been with the #NFL tag.  Just few weeks ago there were very few toots with #NFL tags in them while games were going on. The past 2 weeks there have have been huge increases and tons of activity.

       @Jeff @flexghost it has improved every week since I joined in November. May be anecdotal but the past two weeks have seemed to have significantly more activity.
