       @jeffjarvis People who believe this don't know how to read a death certificate.I've covered this extensively. The right claims Covid is not a factor in deaths of people who were already sick when it absolutely is. Many could have lived years longer if not for Covid.  They're trying to say if a person dies in a car crash and has Covid, authorities claim Covid killed them, which is absolutely false. I can't figure out what Republicans think they gain from this disinformation.

Poor people die so they won't vote for #Democrats which will give  a #MAGA #GOP boost in next elections, ditto for older voters who remember #SocialDemocracy ethos of ye olde #USA & #Reps want to nix social security, welfare payments,medicare iterations, #Gerrymander replace of dead/threatened voters, money diverted to #Republicans including private health care rather than publicly fund #Covid vaccines & care...
