       @EU_Commission Could you explain the physics of this? I always thought you need to be as close as possible to the equator to benefit from earth rotational velocity and reduce fuel usage. Polar seems like a very strange choice?

       @EU_Commission I thought French Guiana was part of France, and hence the EU? The people who live there -- are they not EU citizens who vote for the EU parliament? Why would it make the EU more independent to launch in Sweden?
