@theorytoe eh then use what works for you. I use pleroma on my laptop and its is frustrating but I like it. I really like akkoma. plus most instances that use soapbox are filled with faggots.

@CentaurBreeder @theorytoe It's going to be lighter than any js frontend, so if you're on a low spec system and don't want to do processing at the node but at the server, it makes sense to me.

(chat notifications are way more reliable as well). Honestly, I don't know of any advantages soapbox, other than account migration.
