       I occasionally see people advertising MAs in naval history, and a part of me wonders if snarky shitposting counts as "relevant experience", because my first degree sure as hell doesn't.

       @DreadShips In all seriousness, I'd say yes. Communicating about a subject in a way that makes people who know fuck all about it pay attention is a useful skill.

       @DreadShips @sosomanysarahs Would you actually use it for anything? I've gotta say, my degree was pretty much a waste of time (although I did enjoy the philosophy parts of it).

       @john @sosomanysarahs I've no idea if I'd do anything with it or not, tbh - I've done bugger all with my BSc. I've only really looked out of curiosity.
