       Okay, so I'm starting a personal blog, and I really don't want to use wordpress or anything like that. I'd like it to be as zero effort as possible, and I hate Gutenberg or whatever WordPress calls their editor these days. So should I go medium or Ghost?

       @thelinuxcast Why not use a Markdown-driven static site generator, like Hugo? Plenty of free templates, a doddle to use.

       @10leej @thegurkha I don't want to maintain anything. I don't want to have to transfer anything over if I distrohop. If it has any maintenance on my machine at all, then I'll never use it. I want to go to a website, sign in and blog. Otherwise I'll just never use it.
