       @bortzmeyer @jpmens Do you understand more what will be the outcome? Around 19:00, they mention a full compliance of legal/national blocking. Compared to the main existing public recursive services in US, it sounds like a bit more restrictive.

       @adulau @jpmens Executive summary: no real surprise except the announce that DNS4EU will be available as a paying on-premise service for the Internet operators who want to stop managing their own resolver.The rest is mostly confirmation (for instance that they'll use geo-location of the IP address to serve per-country censorship.)IMHO, the CTO was mostly evading questions, even saying "it's technical" to avoid responding.

       @adulau @jpmens They were clear that they will implement all the national censorships. (They probably have little choice, it was clearly expressed in the call for proposals.)IMHO, it already kills the project from the start.
