       Do boosts bother anyone here when trying to browse someone else's feed? I always found it kinda difficult compared to Twitter because it's not as accessible to get to personally uploaded media.

       @itsukarine Eh, a little but not much. I just hop to the media folder and look at stuff that way. I also tend to hide boosts from most artists I follow so I can see just their stuff.

       @itsukarine Profiles have a media tab, like twitter does, but I wish it also had twitter media preview on the side

       @itsukarine At the top of the HOME page, there is a setting icon which opens, well, settings that allow you to hide boosts.Additionally, when you click the three dots icon (next to the notification bell) on someone's profile page, you also have an option to hide their boosts (to go through their profile with their own posts only I suppose) - but I think this also hides their boosts everywhere else. You can re-enable them after you finish reading, though.

       I found it annoying to go back and reboost my old works, so I think I'll boost people but delete them after their impressions fall off or something.

       @itsukarine But what if your Boost is the only link they have to a given item after they've clicked the star on it? And, you're right, the Mastodon system needs a way to browse JUST the actual posts made by the particular account, without the boosted posts.
