@BigDuck ok that's less unhinged than what it sounded like. I save chinese food containers for germinating seeds (with lid) and for storing screws and other small parts, even lidless ones are useful for making sure things don't get lost as you're disassembling something. I assume tupperware could be used for the same things. You could also store food in them. Also if she wants to store wood pallets in your home you should let her because pallets are useful and timber is expensive.
