       A common refrain heard from opponents of cycling infrastructure is that "not everyone can cycle", which is, of course, undisputedly true.It is also true that only 56.5% of Irish people hold a full driving licence, yet we design our transport infrastructure as if everyone can use a car.#motordom #ActiveTravel
