       @kunt_vonnegut All clinical studies are deeply flawed and should never be accepted as some Platonic Ideal of science, but rather a nasty, error-prone excuse to avoid real-world monitoring.

       @polarisera Pharmaceutical companies hire "clinical research organizations" to do trials. The more positive the outcomes are, the more drug companies employ them. Their entire existence is contingent upon how well they can fuck up the studies.
