Flat breads like tortillas are just handy, tbh. (Reletively) Easy to make, and because of the fairly neutral flavor, can be used to tip into just about anything you like the taste of.

@Umlauts I think balsamic vinegar is the best for dipping, adding olive oil to the vinegar is pretty nice too.
