       @onan my dear next Sacred Scribe, I wondered what might fit next mailing.I am considering a new flyer, but the new mailing size gives me an idea.  I was thinking of printing out some of my posters, 8.5" x 11" to give people FRAMEABLE or altar-worthy works.Let me know what you think.

       @RevXenoFact Awesome!Postal rates have increased as of this month, and every inclusion adds weight, and I'm giving myself a few weeks to think about what's in the budget. Many models possible. Say eh who cares and just do it again? Ask for $ for postage? Say no inclusions but increase page count? Undecided. But I will decide!

       @onan I'd be glad to discuss if you need a sounding board.  A few thoughts:* I feel you almost undercharge for the $1 membership.  It should be $2.00.  But we also have poorer subgeni* Create a higher donor tier.* Inclusions are nice, but the core newsletter matters.* the paper quality is very high.  Lighter paper?* Call for donors and give them promo recognition.* Anyone who donates an inclusion might have to pay to do it . . . The key thing is to keep it going!

       @onan continuity matters.  Besides, this should not be our only publication.  Others should work on theirs (I have been brewing ideas myself).If you'd ever like to zoom to business brainstorm - I am a project manager in my thankfully not-quite-conspiracy-job - let me know.  I am glad to assist as a sounding board, advisor, and person with too many goddamn certifications.

       @onan @RevXenoFact As to the newsletter, I (personally and at this point in my life) would be glad to put a few more pennies in the collection plate each month if it means you can do more weird stuff in the mailings.  I like the idea of doing a higher tier for those who can throw more down to help out.We all deserve the highest quality strangeness, and you deserve not to go broke by offering it to us!
