Tesla is avoiding the public learning new details about its 'autopilot' system by a passage in the fine print of the #Tesla purchase agreement in the US. There it says that disputes between buyers and Tesla "will not be decided by a judge or jury, but by a single arbitrator". That's because the decisions and reasoning of such arbitrators are not available for public inspection and thus remain under wraps... 1/
