Is it me, or are there other people who feel like they escaped an abusive relationship on Twitter and still brace themselves for bots, trolls, etc when they look at replies to their political toots? I"ve been on Mastodon for about a month now, yet I still find myself stiffening just a bit when I see someone has replied to one of my political toots.#mastodon
