       A medley of cubed vegetables: reddish Indian carrots, golden squash and pale gold potatoes.  Spices include bay leaves, smoked paprika, black pepper, turmeric and dried basil. Once partly cooked, I’ll add some tomato 🍅 paste, chickpeas and coconut 🥥 milk. Maybe chopped kale 🥬 at the end? #cooking #foodposting #vegan #vegetarian
