       @hn50I really wouldn't have needed a study for that. Anybody who's ever used both an old fashioned volume knob and a touch screen knows which one is more intuitive!

       @hn50 Apple severely handicaps what you can do with CarPlay specifically for this reason. Touchscreens are great when you’re stopped, not so much when you’re driving city roads. My car has redundancy with physical buttons and I choose them every time
