About to start another semester. I've got a 4 & 5 hour break between classes Monday-Friday.Anyone have a 5 day workout plan they recommend? Figure I could spend at least a couple of hours in the gym each day.What about steroids and estrogen blockers, anyone have any recommendations on those as well?Time to get swoll.

@MaleGoddess I'm just getting into strength training but literally just find something that you'll stick to and you'll probably start branching out on your own. If you're retarded like me and don't care for gyms then basic training equipment and exercises that will actually build muscle aren't that expensive (pull up bars, dun bells, etc). For guys I'd say focus on shoulders, biceps, and pelvic floor exercises to flatten your stomach and give you that nice v shape. And for the love of God stay on top of protein shakes. The various times I've focused on building different muscle groups in my life, I skipped the shakes and fuck me, was that a dumb idea.Also if you're trying to lose weight then throw some cardio in there if you really wanna. Bike rides are good for me and I don't want to eat a bullet while I'm doing that. Unlike running.

@SpaceAyehole the university has a gym. My tuition pays for the membership, might as well use it.
