@commandlinekid I know! I'll set up an exchange where you can put your bitcoin in and exchange it for the digital ruble, and exchange it back into bitcoin, taking advantage of the price differences across geographical zones. I'll call it "XTF" or something. Haven't got that part.worked out, but it'll be awesome. The last thing I'm envisioning is jail, since I'll give all my profits to charities like the National Democratic Party.

@commandlinekid Aksakov assured that the bill’s purpose is to provide fast, convenient, and budget-friendly money transfers.Who ever complained about domestic transfers being too expensive? Or couldn't eat because the transaction fee to buy food was too high?
