@ThatMushroom Yes, it's a bunch of fucking bullshit. Some assholes thought they could take humans and classify them in weird ass categories by asking multiple choice questions, and from that derive the optimal team structure. It's about as reliable as astrology, and I hate that so many business people have deluded themselves into thinking the equivalent of a Harry Potter wizard house test means anything for how you might run a company.

@ThatMushroom You can prove the test is worthless. Take it one day. Wait a few weeks, take it again. Repeat this process. You will keep getting different results. How can a test that is supposed to mean anything give different results on different days? You can prove scientifically this way that it's worthless.

I don't know, seemed pretty accurate to me. Of course there are nuances and and such but it seemed pretty accurate in general.

One thing I thought was interesting (if it was even true) was that they apparently tested the brainwaves of multiple people of each personality type and discovered that all of them except for INFP would always try and come up with a response while the other person is speaking. While INFP types focused entirely on listening.

Well, that does seem to make sense according to the the summary. I think a lot of us in this sphere of things are usually IN-- types. I know just about everyone on /pol/ was INT-* for a few years there. Dunno about now, though.
