       I've lived in Portugal, Italy, UK and The Netherlands. My instinct is to say they all suck because of laws that overreach and make basic self-reliance a huge issue. Really it's time to go full cowboy mode somewhere like Bulgaria. Bulgaria looks genuinely interesting.
