       So before I even got out of bed this morning, it was already 2023 in Tabwakea in Kiribati where they keep their clocks at UTC+14. Meanwhile, here in eastern North America, most folks hadn't even had their morning coffee yet, let alone thought about how long before the ball drops in Times Square. Time zones are weird.

       @Kojo62 That was the idea behind TWiT's 24 Hours of New Years. Start in Kiribati and end in Baker IslandWe'd begin at 5a New Year's Eve our time and go to 4am New Year's Day. It sure was fun but a bit too punishing on the team to keep doing it. Happy 2023 everybody! Especially to our TWiTs! 🥳
