       @futurebird @Pokerfacelift You can share it. I just didn't feel as though Pokerface was being genuine in his inquiry as to what the post said. He could have just asked to see it. People want it to be offensive so that they can justify what happened.

       @Blackfist This is the post that blocked on c.im for being *about* racism. It's a really nice post, relatable. Ironically enough it's about how one can feel left out-- even when those making it happen might not be aware of what they are doing. This isn't the first time this kind of misguided block has occurred on this server. Check your friends and let them know, it's just not a place where this is welcome.        Kudos to the admin over at c.im and @oliphant who actually explained why the old server rules were problematic for black folk. Thank you to every one who chimed into the discussion.C.im has revised its rules to include what I vainly call the "Blackfist" rule. You can now openly discuss your lived experiences there. Hopefully, it's not just lip service. If every instance instituted this rule it would be a great start. #BlackMastodon #blacktwitter #blackfistrule

       @Blackfist Is that the new rule? "Talking about personal experience is allowed but without attacking all kind of people" ? Still feels... off.  I'm very troubled by "taking about racism in public timeline is not good" as a response from an admin. Preventing talk of racism keeps racist systems intact. Even if the intention is keeping things peaceful. Polite isn't the same as Safe.(I sent a very cordial message to one of the admins, they have not responded.)#blackmastodon @BlackMastodon
